Refund policy
- Contact us within 30 days: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days of the product being received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Information needed: To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product when you contact us.
- What we will do: Claims that are deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
2. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items sold by TTGT Shirts are printed on demand by our contractor and shipped directly to you by them. We do not store or shelve items and therefore cannot take items back due to buyer's remorse, a changed mind, or ordering the wrong size - each item has size/measurement details listed.
Unless there is an issue with the item itself as mentioned in section 1 above, all sales are final.
3. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
